I originally had a Sterling JP60 that I got for a steal of a deal a few years prior, but ended up selling it to a friend. The JP150s have a slightly different body shape and a beautiful paint job, so when I found this, I had to get it. It has incredible tuning stability for a guitar that has no locking bridge or nut, and it has been one of my go to guitars for Drop C songs, especially if they need some whammy bar action. I have a SD Distortion set in it, but the stock pickups sounds incredible on their own.
I am a sucker for maple fretboards, but this roasted maple variant takes the cake in all the ways.
